This involves client case discussions in a group setting with other early-career practitioners and professionals in the therapeutic field. It aims to involve various perspectives and points of view of what a practitioner's experiences have been like, as they navigate through this space. It also brings an enhancing opportunity to build a community with like-minded individuals.

What to expect?

The Mentors will help the supervisee to:

• Reflectively analyse elements of transference and counter-transference

• Improve the nuances of therapeutic relationships

• Build on theoretical background in the adopted schools of thought

• Build on required skills to better facilitate therapeutic practice

• Facilitate movement from feelings of being stuck

 

Starting: March 20, 2024

Frequency: 2 hours, once in 2 weeks

Enrolment Fees: Rs. 708. Applicants have to pay before registering as a supervisee. It can be paid per session or cumulatively for a month. 

 

Requirements of Joining the Program:

• Masters level Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, and Psychiatry

• Cases inflow

• Basics and technicalities of being a therapist

• Recordings/ Notes of the sessions (Format for notes/case discussions will be provided)

• It is mandatory for the supervisees to be in therapy themselves.
