This workshop will take a deep dive to help you slow down and cherish your life.It will be practical with multiple activities for an experiential learning process. We will begin with understanding the what is the process of mindfulness, explore what it looks like to each of us and then move on to understand the experience of ‘stress’ and how mindfulness helps us deal with it. We will journey on to get back in touch with our body and its sensations. We will learn to look through and understand the chaos within our minds and to experience the wide array of emotions that we experience. We will conclude the workshop by utilizing the connections we have formed with ourselves to enrich our relationships and invite others to do the same.
